Lesson № 1.
Methods of examination of the skin, subcutaneous fat layer, lymph nodes, muscular system, bone and joint system in children. Assessment of physical development of children (anthropometry, centile method).
Lesson № 2.
Methods of examination of respiratory organs, cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract. Laboratory research methods (technique, evaluation of results).
Lesson № 3.
Methods of examination of the urinary system, nervous system and sensory organs, endocrine system. Laboratory research methods (technique, evaluation of results).
Lesson № 4.
Initial examination of the newborn. Anthropometric parameters of the newborn, their definition. Assessment of the newborn's condition on the Apgar scale. Primary treatment of a newborn. Determination of newborn reflexes. Resuscitation of a newborn. Hemolytic disease of newborns, etiopathogenesis, clinical variants. Replacement blood transfusion surgery.
Lesson № 6.
Anaphylactic shock, classification, emergency care for anaphylactic shock, Quincke's edema. Bronchial asthma, etiopathogenesis, clinical picture of exacerbation, emergency care for an attack of bronchial asthma. Obstructive laryngitis, etiopathogenesis, conservative and operative methods of emergency care. Emergency care for hyperthermia, convulsions.
Lesson № 7.
Emergency care in case of drowning. Emergency care for poisoning (mushrooms, barbiturates, gasoline, ethyl and methyl alcohol, acids, alkalis), snake bites, bees.
