Registration 2024
Lake Forest Academy provides on-campus residence halls and cafeteria meals. While we hope you will consider staying on the LFA campus, to enhance the kind of community weekend June Camp is known for, we also offer options for those who prefer to commute from home (or a hotel), since our venue is close to the Chicago metropolitan area.

Only "No Lodging/No Meals" attendance applications after May 29, 2024!
If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so for a full refund (less PayPal fees) through June 2, 2024. If we have to pay for your room / food costs, we reserve the option to deduct that amount from your refund. Decisions will be made based on specific circumstances.
The chart below outlines the registration categories and prices which will show up in the registration form.
Note that both housing and meals are optional.

Fill out the online registration form (if you can't do this online, please ask someone to do it for you, or contact us).
Fill out a separate registration form for each person attending. (Note that completion of the registration includes accepting our health protocols)Total your costs (with a calculator or paper and pencil). Consider an additional donation towards the costs of camp. Thank you!
Pay for camp (you may make a single payment for multiple registrants):
Make a check out to "Midwest Folk Dance Association, Inc." (NOT to "June Camp") and mail it along with your name and tally/total of payments to:

Please enter the entire amount of your payment for camp, not just any donation portion, despite the fact that the payment is called a donation. We would gladly accept a donation to offset your PayPal fee if you choose to pay by this method.We can only accept checks and Paypal from within the U.S. If you are coming from another country, please pay cash at camp or arrange for a bank transfer.
Contact us if you need to arrange or postpone payment.
After May 22, add a $20 late fee for each person registering in a category that includes housing or meals. Because we must give final counts to the college well in advance, no one may register after May 29 in categories that include housing or meals.
