...(LFA) in Lake Forest, Illinois, is located just 25 minutes north of Chicago and right off of Interstate 94. It is convenient to Chicago's O’Hare Airport. The facilities offer a quiet and inviting atmosphere. The campus is easy to navigate, with dorms and dining facilities and the sports center, where we dance, all around a large open green space.
...where dance workshops and parties take place, is a short walk across the Quad from the two dorms. We will again use the new gym which features a triple sized air-conditioned space with a walking track above that gives an overview, and a wood floor. It gives plenty of room at the edges for our Boutique. We can also use the Dance Room or the Lounge for additional activities or social events. The entire building is now air-conditioned.

...is in the new JC Cowart Student Center located at the end of the quad near the dorms. The Dining Hall has a salad and sandwich bar and a variety of hot food stations. They do an excellent job providing an array of delicious options for every guest including vegetarians, gluten free, and those with special dietary preferences/restrictions.

Participants who stay on campus can expect to be housed in one of two residence halls, Ferry Hall or Field Dorm. Both buildings offer single and double rooms, with only a few rooms to a nearby bathroom. Both dorms have comfortable lounges, along with available kitchen facilities and refrigerators. Field Dorm offers control of the air-conditioning in each room. Ferry has an elevator, and Field Dorm rooms are all ground floor. Beds in most rooms will be bunk beds, however, we plan for campers to use only the bottom bunks in all rooms, unless you choose to have more than two people in a room. We intend to use the Field Dorm lounge for our parties with alcohol this year.
There are a limited number of single rooms available, so we cannot guarantee single rooms. We will offer singles on a first-come-first-serve-basis to those who have registered and paid the additional supplement for them. Full time campers will get preference for singles, and it is unlikely that we will be able to offer singles for one-night stays. If you do request a single, we would appreciate a suggestion of whom you might share with if you need to.
