Registration 2023
Since our location offers more options for lodging, between the on-campus residence hall and the equally close La Quinta Inn, there are more registration categories than in many previous years. While we hope you will consider staying on or near the TIU campus, to enhance the kind of community weekend June Camp is known for, we also want to offer options for those who prefer to commute from home, since our venue is close to the Chicago metropolitan area. Because of TIU's strict no-alcohol policy, we request that you reside off campus at the La Quinta if you have any intention of consuming your own alcohol during the weekend.

Fill out the online registration form (if you can't do this online, please ask someone to do it for you, or contact us).
Fill out a separate registration form for each person attending. (Note that completion of the registration includes accepting our health protocols)Total your costs (with a calculator or paper and pencil). Consider an additional donation towards the costs of camp. Thank you!
Pay for camp (you may make a single payment for multiple registrants):

Please enter the entire amount of your payment for camp, not just any donation portion, despite the fact that the payment is called a donation. We would gladly accept a donation to offset your PayPal fee if you choose to pay by this method.
Please note that we pay substantially higher fees for PayPal from outside the USA. If you are coming from another country, please consider paying in cash, at camp, to save us these fees.
Contact the registrar if you need to postpone payment.
After May 12, add a $20 late fee for each person registering in a category that includes housing or meals. Because we must give final counts to TIU well in advance, no one may register after May 19 in categories that include housing or meals.
Transmit your proof of vaccination before you come to camp (If you attended June Camp in 2022, we already have your vaccination status on file, so you do not need to submit it again unless there is new information you wish to share.)
Email a scan or photo of your vaccination card (we will not keep this information, just note that it was supplied).
Send a photocopy of your vaccination card by U.S. mail to Steve along with your check.
Contact us to connect with registrar, Steve Salemson, by FB messenger video, or with director, Mady Newfield, by Zoom, WhatsApp video, or Facebook messenger video, and physically show your proof of vaccination to us if you do not wish to share a copy or image of it.
