About Me

I have been working as a therapist since 1989. I also train and supervise counsellors and psychotherapists both in the UK and abroad. I have a degree in psychology, an MSc. in Gestalt Psychotherapy and an advanced certificate in supervision. 

I am a UKCP  registered Gestalt psychotherapist and supervisor. I am a Training and Supervising member of the Gestalt  Psychotherapy and Training Institute 

My current professional interests include supporting embodied presence,  mindfulness, eco-therapy and supporting clients to explore their spirituality. 

I am passionate about my work as a psychotherapist and supporting people to make changes in the way they live their lives. Highly committed to my own personal and professional growth, I participate in regular continuing professional development courses, meditate daily and go on regular meditation retreats. I spend my free time growing organic vegetables, hiking and playing the accordion
