As part of the nanoelectronics lectures for the TUM Master of Science in Microwave Engineering in Munich, we had lab subjects in which we learned the technique of Nanoimprint Litography and got started in the use of an Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) and a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)
