Multimedia Work

I was responsible for producing, editing, and publishing several videos for the Leadership Rounds series. The series featured the AHA Board Chair speaking with various members of the AHA. 

*Recordings of select podcasts were also edited and published on the AHA YouTube page. 

I created the AHA Advancing Health podcast in 2018. I served as producer, editor, and publisher for over 200 of the Advancing Health podcasts from 2018 - 2021

I served as producer for all ASCP Annual Meeting videos. Filming was completed by an outside company. I edited all of the videos and oversaw the post-production.

*Additional videos were added to the playlist that related to topics covered at the meeting. These were not produced by ASCP.

Previously, ASCP videos were filmed and produced by a freelance company to make three long-format videos. I used additional footage to produce short videos that could be shared via social media and highlight members throughout the site.

Harvesting Health is a 7-part series created in fall 2009 by advanced health and medical journalism students at the University of Georgia. The series aired on the WNEG-TV* evening news and explored three themes: schools and healthier food choices, community gardens and neighborhood safety, and the economic and public health impact of sustainable agriculture in Northeast Georgia.
