Game Summary - Year 1


May 3 and 10, 2020

Re-write: The group is taking two casks of plunder ore on a Cog ship. The ship was raided by two flying ships that take the plunder and then tie and dump the group on a dingy. Ten ruffian men and some Bogar sail the cog towards Petar but the cog gets hit by a strange wave and is crashed against Flattop island. The dingy is beached and the group escapes their bonds. after investigating the Cog wreck they find bodies and their gear. The go around the island and near the road up meet ruffians and kill them. they then make their way up the road to flattop tower.

May 17, 2020

After investigating and finding little in the tower except a secret back door and a dangerous rock stair line down to their boat. Horned helmet ruffians attack the tower directly and with the doors locked the group defends the tower, shooting and battling on the sides and rooftops. A Bogar ogre pushing in the secret door and the fighter stands him off until dead. After all are dispatched the group rests and makes their way down the hill in the morning and catches a ride from a fisherman to the mainland. Soon they find themselves in an orchard filled with fog which seems to send them in circles. The Wirewick climbs a tree and discovers they are close to the road and this helps them get their bearings and move towards the location of the crypt. They find the crypt entrance on a small grassy knoll and encounter an orchard worker Shilvar who says he works the orchard with his brothers, lives in a home in the orchard nearby and warns the group not to go in the crypt, "No one ever comes out of there".

May 25, 2020

even after Shilgar's warning the group heads into the crypt. They take the East door and encounter a few rooms with coffins and fight off a fairly large skeleton warrior. After grabbing a few coins and trinkets they become worried about jelly-ooze that is seeping through a door which has been pounded on from the outside several times. They backtrack and head north to the guard room where five skeletons are battled. After searching and finding a secret door they discover a black ooze inside a barrel and release a preserved humanoid which disintegrates quickly after hitting the floor. A third room heading East again reveille a skeleton warrior guard. The final room they discover the glowing blue key.

May 31, 2020

After discovering the key the group sets off an alarm which spooks the great white beast and they quickly depart the dungeon. They follow the orchard keeper to his home hand they spend the night hiding there while the beast roams the orchards and fields. When morning comes they depart and follow the path towards the tower. They encounter several sets of patrols and watch towers but manage to slip through them all almost unnoticed. They arrive at the river shore and bargain for boats, eventually talking one of the Prince's boats downstream while being pursued by riders on the far bank. The beach the boat near a small grove of trees. Two boats pursue them soon after, one lands several hundred yards upstream while the other attacks directly and the Wizard fire-ball's the boat before it can come ashore. All the guards are dead and the floating, burning fishing boat is destroyed.

June 7, 2020

After blasting the boat full of guards the group makes its way through the woods and then at the wheat field edge they battled with the two archers. The Wizard finds a circlet of stones and learns how to teleport to the far side of the field. They find a fisherman near the waters edge where many fishermen are working and they buy a ride to the island. After circling slowly around the water's edge they wait for darkness and make their way to the tower door. The key works and drops them into a dungeon.

June 19, 2020

Inside the dungeon the group makes it's way from room to room fighting the fish men and other minions of them. Fighting fish men on the way they quickly find the star gateway to Pedrick's Tower and begin a trek south and west in the dungeon. They find more fish men and many carrying various plunder ore.

July 12, 2020

Moving around the city the group gets supplies and weapons then starts a long travel to Neverseers house. He tells them about the portal needed to wait a few days before using it at the second tower and gives them a map of the planters portals. They flee the house when guards arrive and then then escape using one of the portals. The return to the city and get into a fight with guards and the half-orc.

July 19, 2020

The group has breakfast and finds their old fisherman friend and the convince him to take them for a recon view of the island. Then after waiting for darkness the group uses the planter's portal to take them to the island with the flat top tower and then uses swimming potions and water breathing potions to move to the other island. The fighter blows up connections between the floating bridge and disconnects it from the island. The group meets near the empty tower and the Rogue is attacked by a three heading snake which is killed. After setting the building on fire the move to the tower where the two ships are tethered and fight the guards.

July 26, 2020

The group attacks the ship and brings it down burning. The teleport (spell) at the last second and vanish from the battle their mission successful. The rogue obtains the binoculars +14.

August 2, 2020

The group spends their time shopping and gearing up after getting their reward for a job well done from Tsigno. They meet Captain Visha and take the first ride on he flight boat. Their is a brief altercation with guards in the city.

The group moves to the second tower and battles the Fire Mage. As they cross the gateway to the red world of Aura also known as Bamanthus. They battle a mage and leave him behind as they cross the gateway to the new world.

August 30, 2020

Game 1 and 2 at Aura. The Ranger joins the group and they make their way with a sandboat to the shoreline then to Dunks treehouse. They encounter the birds, imps. They eventually befriend the three dwarf brothers, Glek, Goom, Goale (G-dwarves).

September 13, 2020

Game 3 Aura: More battles and Dunks Treehouse with imps and encounter the great bears. They fight some Wights and find the ice sword. They decide to leave for Ezod's House. The hill giants chase them and they trap one and kill him. They find the kings crown.

September 20, 2020

Game 4 Aura: They find and leave the church Katran which they find odd. They fight lizard men (Kazik) and spot captain Visha's ship. They travel with the g-dwarves. The wizard takes heavy damage and must be healed.

September 27, 2020

Game 5 Aura: They arrive near Ausla city and find the Tennant Ruins and go underground. They find the blue aura stone and find the compost witch. After they make their way into town and stay at the red ghost inn.

October 11, 2020

Game 6 Aura: Ausla they find and attack the ship they must disable. After much debate after their mission is complete they decide to join Captain Visha on a long flight home through the wind void between worlds. They spot a ship following them.

October 25, 2020

The group gets a new mission to steal the great flying vessel Malrahbans Wagon. A great ship with two plunder weapons. They spend the first day shopping and waiting. They make their plans to use Leaf island and a stopping point. They get many more potions from Ractan, the fighter upgrades his shield.

November 1, 2020

Battle on the Point. At midnight Moolmar attacks the other ship as a diversion which goes well and the group battles its way through assassins, wizards and elementals to capture Malrahbans Wagon. They fly to the tower to meet Tsigno fighting flying mages along the way.

November 8, 2020

The group gets new orders from Tsigno to proceed to Wash Rock to hide the Malrahbans Wagon and secure the island being watchful for Foonjax the Red Dragon. They fly around Storm Mt. and arrive at Wash Rock and hid the flying ship in the rubble. They fight rock goblins all over the island and one Shambling mound. Geekoo is taken prisoner and negotiations happen with the goblin tribe to send them back through the portal. Geekoo shows them a secret passage

November 22, 2020

They head underground by the secret passage and encounter bogar and snake mages. They meet and defeat Keelmodo the beastmaster. They see Foonjax and feed him the bogar then fight in the room of cages avoiding capture.

November 29, 2020

Still underground the group leads the gobins through the portal then notices the snake mage is still in the dungeon. After a sneak attack the group fights all the 7 mages and gets their stuff. They prep for the return of FoonJax the dragon, who returns in Human form then turns back to his real shape. The doors open...

December 6, 2020

The group battles the dragon Foonjax and appear to defeat him. Wire notices blood returning to the body and decided to behead it and then move the body outside and have it cut into small pieces. They go through the magical gate and encounter goblins. The cleric finds the double crossbow.

December 13, 2020

They find the new mine strange, sparkling and twinkling unnaturally. The group meets the Warlock Kel and discovers they are in the Spike Mine. In the hall they deal with bugs and snakes in a waxed sealed crate. They discover Tahbah's Book, "My walk through the Spike Mine and other thoughts". They find a room with three trolls and sneak attack them.

December 20, 2020

Moving into a long hallway in the south Spike Mine they group encounters fish men who slime the hallway. They are defeated mostly with missile weapons from a distance. Porthos uses one dead fish man body to slide across the slime un touched. They battle and ogre and follow a crude map to the door key in the north that they hope will lead them to the north mine and Foonjax's treasure lair.

December 27, 2020

The group enters a room with a grand machine that is reducing plunder rocks to plunder powder. Quickly they dispatch goblins, a pig man leader and an Ogre Mage on top of the large machine. They find the key and cross over to the North Spike Mine. They find Dagmock the dinosaur man and release him from his prison. Grateful he destroys a worm for them with his eye weapon and he leads them up a secret stairway up to the outside.

January 3, 2021

After a long boriang slow walk up the stairs the group comes to a landing area and investigates the old Dwarven worship hall of the Triad. Tsigyaz discovers the triad cards of Acktanak. Prayer book and small statues also. After they continue their accent until the come outside to small, leaning, old tower and see a ship in the distance, and longboats coming to the island. Dagmock takes them down the rocky hill and then leads them on the way to a landing area. They find woodcutters, solders and leaders there and engage them in a fight.

January 17, 2021

After battling the tree cutting team and solders the group befriends the four Ari, Ariessa, Arikim, Ariliah, Arinan. They are healed and the groups names are written in the Ari book of leaves by Arikim. Each tells a story of nature. The group sleeps and a few are taught skills overnight. Finding the Ari gone in the morning the group reads Tsigno's new orders and heads back to North Spike Mine

January 24, 2021

Returning to the spike mine the group is rushed by bogar with a large cart full of spikes and spears that injure the fighter. They find the bean counter and the Wizard charms him and takes the control amulets for the shield guardians making grabbing several thousand gold pieces from Foonjax's gold pile easy. They return the gold through the gate to Wash Rock and fly Malraban's wagon towards Paladar for the rescue mission

January 31, 2021

The group rescues 100 Paladar natives fighting off the Prince of Petars warriors and magic users at Midoss Rock. They are pursued but they loose the flying ship in the clouds and make their way to Green Rock. There they land and Meet Tsigno for dinner and are given a new ship the Avocet and Peldar Fort to mind.

February 7, 2021

The group makes their way to Paladar and Peldar Fort. They circle and then land on the north west side. They find a way in and make their way around the first and second level. They encounter two kinds of floating undead, one a full figure and the other mostly just a head of a specter of some kind. They dispatch two of these. They also encounter bugworms which have burrowed up from underground.

February 14, 2021

At Peldar for the group flushes out undead and specters and discovers POCK-99 the robot repairing a ballista. Pock speaks of someone named Zarl Darlamay that will return. One of the undead shadows races across the sand to the red rocks.

February 28, 2021

At Peldar the group continues to investigate the towers. A lone person is spotted in the sand towards the Red Rocks. Approaching they meet and befriend Toe-Eyon the Shaman. The group decides to head to the village of Cremas for some supply gathering and shopping. They stay at the Buckle in and meet the Dwarf Buckle and have man fine Buckle-cakes. They purchase ten crates of them to take home and continue Shopping .


March 7, 2021

The group continues shopping around the village of Cremas. Eventually a dragon type beast and several flying ships come in. The first to land tells of an attack at the city of Crossroads by Petar flying ships and infantry. The dragon type beast comes crashing down on one of the cargo ships with sonic blasts. The group attacks it and quickly wipes it out before it can recharge it's sonic ability. A warship from Petar drops about 30 warriors off and they attack the group. The group is able to kill off about half of the warriors before becoming surrounded.


March 14, 2021

The group surrounded by warriors from the flying warship fight the warriors down to nothing, then come under attack by explosive plunder cannon blasts which are devastating to the warlock. Taking great injury from two volleys the group attacks the ship and brings it down to the trees with the help of bowmen from the village, then overwhelms the crew, officers and magic user they find on board. Tsigyaz heals two brothers from the village. They finish purchasing supplies and load them and the hired dwarves onto their ship. Two brothers, archers Mellish and Camee are placed into one year of service to Tsigyaz for saving their brothers in the battle. They head home to Peldar fort. On the way they see the Iron moon in the sky and observe the tide wash running like a river over Paladar.



March 21, 2021

Back at Peldar Fort the group puts the dwarves to work on assessing wall damage and repairs. The Warlock calls Toe for a parley. The Dwazar Dwarves appear with the head of a Grey Render and Heads of Owl Bears and a captive female human demanding payment for their work promised by Darlmey. After a tense meeting the female Dwarf says they will return in the morning expecting the jewels they were promised. One of the dwarves with a hammer uncovers a stairway down into the sand which they start to excavate.

Soon the ship "Breezy" is headed to the plateau chased by Petarian sky skiffs. The group meets Captain Kayale and then fights off the skiff fighters and Ogres. Zillack the oldest in the dwarf repair party tells that the dwarves are the "Dwitches", very old powerful dwarves that were once large in number.

March 28, 2021

Starting at Peldar the group investigates the dead warriors and ogres. Eventually they uncurse Pearl the woman captive of the dwarves and discover that she is from a fishing village some distance south. The send the fighter to Foonjax lair to pull more gold and other treasures. They pack up for a trip to the Blown World and on the way return Pearl to her father at the fishing village. They discover her father is obsessed with a spider in a jar and soon discover it's obsessive power to replicate items. The take the jar from the father who is then quite relieved. They leave the village and start the trip to the Blow World.


April 11, 2021

The group travels in the void to the Nal Zaphar planet. On the way they see a ship attacked and then encounter the Sunwyrm which is too full from eating the crew from the attacked ship to mess with them. He has some conversation then flies to his home, a desert asteroid that Visha notes the location of in her log. Following another ship down to the planet they arrive at Downhaven and pay for docking their ship and take on Chandar as an advocate. They take rooms at the Far Downs Inn and then explore the city. During the explore the city is attacked by Shida raiders and the group melees with four of them before taking refuge inside the Goose. After Chander says he has acquired 25 plunderbuss weapons and made contact with "The Grey", dwarves who forge weapons.


April 18, 2021

The group makes a deal with the greylock dwarves to go to the templin on the blown islands and aquire the plunderbuses they need. They discover Lord Jicah from Petar and a captain of the prince has a ship in the city of Downhaven. At night the Rogue attacks the ship alone and sets it ablaze then flees the burning ship doing heavy damage. The travel over air to the island. Land and eventually meet up with Ari and parley.


April 25, 2021

The group strikes a deal with the Ari (Arijill, Ariann, Aribett and others). New templin build will be stopped and 1000 palm trees planted, then the Grey Dwarves can continue their forging. Gobins come out of the group and attack the entire group.Wights are found underground and destroyed. The group finds the robot and his control device.


May 2, 2021( one year playing this game!)

Underground in the Arloo sinks. They find the frog men and their wizard and kill a snake in the water. They search for the portal the goblins came from.


May 16, 2021

Underground in the Arloo sinks the group fights the Surlarian statue, swarms and fighting knights. Some goblins are also killed.


May 31, 2021

One shot, the giant hunters, alternate characters. City of Puckra.The group kills Orman and Irow the stone giants. The horn of radiance is their reward


June 13, 2021

Coming out of the sinks the group heads east to the shoreline of the HornAhbo island. There they find the templin destroyed and many grey dwarves killed. They attack a group of "Iron Bone" men and Bogar. A smoke message from Toe "Three days until Darlmey may return".


June 27, 2021

EPIC...battle of Hornahbo with Iron Bone, Bogar and Bogar chiefs. 120 Plunderbuses acquired at the end. The group has them shipped by boat, while they return to Peldar fort using the Wizards teleport scrolls.


August 1, 2021

Tsigno arrives at Peldar with warriors ready for plunderbuses. The group returns to Wash Rock to investigate magical weather coming from the island. They fight strange pigs that seem to be possessed by Wizard Spheres. They go underground and find their dragons lair undisturbed but incounter a wizard there.
