Assistant Professor of Psychology

I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Olin College of Engineering in Needham, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston (in 2013, Olin was ranked #4 "Best Undergraduate Engineering Program" by U.S. News & World Report and it was ranked #2 "Students Study the Most," #3 "Best Classroom Experience," #4 "Professors Get High Marks," and #8 "Happiest Students" by Princeton Review in 2011).  I also teach in the Psychology Department at Wellesley College.

My work-life is split between conducting research, teaching classes, seeing clients for psychotherapy, and contributing to the growth and success of Olin and to my field.  You can find more information about each of these activities on the various pages of this website.

I am always excited to hear from people who are interested in my work, so please do not hesitate to e-mail me.  You can reach me at: jadler@olin.edu.
