Buying a new home is a significant life event. As part of the process a property surveyor may raise concerns to the mortgage lender or insurers regarding the proximity of trees to the property.This is often near the end of the process and as such JTC has a quick response time to these type of surveys providing a report within a couple of days of instruction due to the time sensitive nature.

The influence of trees can be indirect where there are concerns regarding subsidence, or direct such as physical damage from tree branches on buildings or roots damaging light structures.

Our preliminary report will include tree data as well as local soil information and details of other relevant factors to satisfy a lender.
