Blood Drive

CARES sponsors FOUR blood drives each year. Our blood drives are run by Heartland Blood Centers. Students and citizens of Johnsburg are encouraged to donate blood! The blood drives are located by the JHS main entrance. Can't wait to donate? We can't either, which is why we're planning a summer blood drive, talk to the board for more information. Seniors who donate 6 units of blood during their high school career will be able to wear a red cord at graduation.

CARES earns scholarship money from your donations. Don't forget to apply for a Blood Drive Scholarship in April.
