Interactive Multimedia Project

This project is a interactive module designed to give students (grades 9-12) the opportunity to explore choices presented to President Kennedy during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Students gain insight into how world leaders make decisions in crisis situations given incomplete or even false information by their advisors. Using this module, students can test various outcomes given the choices they make. This interactive module was created with Power Point. While it's quite simple, using text and pictures, it could also be expanded and enriched with the use of video or even student created content with students playing various roles in the administration and advocating various courses of action. This module could also be applied to other crises in other administrations at various times in history.
