Teaching Philosophy

"If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up men to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.”

-Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Curiosity is the foundation of learning. My goal as a teacher is to encourage and foster curiosity among my students. I teach students to ask good questions. Good questions lead students to pursue knowledge that is meaningful to their everyday lives.
