A number of people have asked me about Mobility Pilates, especially since I stopped doing my Chair Pilates Class.

Optimal mobility is not just about stretching, but rather a combination of strength and flexibility. Balance is essential and necessary for everyday activities like walking, getting out of bed, and getting up and down out of a chair.
