Varun Nathan earns first overall for the "MSOE Future Engineer" award, and second overall in the Engineering category
Varun Nathan researched and completed a poster presentation on “Aerodynamics of Race Cars”. His research is based on our Madison Memorial Motorsports Formula race car. He intends to build a front spoiler to assist in turning on the track.

Nathaniel and Tim of Memorial High School outperformed 40 other teams from Madison Metropolitan School District, Sun Prairie, New Glarus, Wisconsin Heights, Stoughton, and other districts. The contest involved both written and timed hands-on work such as parts identification, rotating tires, using diagnostic scan tools, and operating a micrometer.
