우리 연구실에서는 저분자 물질에서 펩타이드, 합성단백질에 이르는 다양한 유기분자를 설계 및 합성하는 유기합성화학 연구 및 이를 활용한 학제적 화학생물학 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.   

또한 이러한 분자 도구를 이용하여, 항암제 및 차세대 항생제의 타겟이 되는 여러 인산화효소 및 탈인산화효소의 기능을 연구하고, 이를 저해하는 신약 후보물질을 발굴하는 연구 또한 진행하고 있습니다.
