MF = Majmūʿ fatāwā Shaykh al-Islām Aḥmad ibn Taymiyya, ed. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Muḥammad ibn Qāsim and Muḥammad ibnʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Muḥammad, 37 vols (Riyadh: Maṭābiʿ al-Riyāḍ, 1961-67). MF reprint: (Medina: Mujammāʿ al-Malik Fahd, 2004); retains the pagination of the original (important for scholarly purposes), integrates the corrections from the errata published with the earlier edition, vowels and resets the font for Qur'anic verses, and occasionally "corrects" Qur'anic verses to accord with the Qur'anic text in wide usage today. The following edition is differently paginated and differently named: Majmūʿat fatāwā (with tāʾ marbūṭa added to Majmūʿ). Ed. ʿĀmir al-Jazzār and Anwar al-Bāz (Al-Manṣūra, Egypt: Dār al-wafāʾ, 1418/1997, 3rd printing 1426/2005). However, the pagination of the original MF is indicated on the margins and should be used if citing from this edition.
