Perth sits at a traditional bridging point on the River Tay, approximately 40 miles North of Edinburgh, 20 miles West of Dundee, 90 miles Southwest of Aberdeen, 120 miles South of Inverness, 95 miles East of Oban, 60 miles Northeast of Glasgow. It is also the head of navigation of the Tay and the harbour is used by seagoing ships of up to about 1000 tons, trading mainly with the Baltic and the Low Countries
South Methven Street runs north from the west end of The South Street, the main Eastbound thoroughfare in the city centre. It subsequently becomes North Methven Street leading to St Ninians Cathedral near the police station. To the south, King Street leads to the South Inch close to the railway station. We are situated only 120 yards from our old base.
