The questionnaire has been used with 112 children between 8.70 and 11,38 years of age. It is presented here as it has been used. Beyond children's perception of and reactions to noise, it also includes an adapted version of: Weinstein (1978)'s Noise-Sensitivity scale; Carriere, Seli & Smilek (2013)'s Attentional Control Switching scale; Mrazek, Phillips, Franklin, Broadway, & Schooler (2013)'s Mind-Wandering Questionnaire. To counterbalance the order of presentation, and to avoid children to see each other's answers, half of the pupils were given version A, and half of them version B.
