I am a Lecturer in Psychology and Early Childhood Studies at the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom.
My work focuses on understanding how we can best help children thrive by considering the influence of the home and classroom environments on their learning and development. I combine approaches from Psychology, Education and Educational Neurosciences.
I am passionate about the current debates surrounding the connection between the fields of research and education. That is why I was the EARLI SIG 22 “Neuroscience and Education” JURE coordinator in the period 2019-2021.
