Project management: I have strong experience in project management, which primarily involves - initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.
Through proper project management, you can assure that the purpose/vision and goals of the project are maintained, all while supporting the audiences’ tasks and objectives. Additionally, you avoid risks and effectively and efficiently use your available resources. It also helps the team members to understand their responsibilities, the deliverables expected, and the schedule everyone needs to follow to complete the project on time and within budget.
Business Development: I specialize in assisting companies in the acquisition of new customers and/or markets, new business co-partners, strategic alliances and new relationships. This role is a crucial one for any business with the ambition to expand or the necessity to diversify its clientele.
I also have experience in sales and marketing, but in this case we make a distinction between sales efforts and business development. Marketing promotes the brand, product and or service in a direct or indirect manner usually with the goal of identifying potential clients or advancing a corporate message (brand, investor sentiment, etc). Business development identifies strategic partnerships and opportunities within and across segments or industries.
Special Projects: I am available for contract or reward based work within the fields above and others. I create Business and Implementation Plans, Marketing Plans, Special Projects, creating successful Grant Applications, research proposals, preparation for a possible sales and/or looking for good new partners or acquisitions.
