Tiki Bar -area quest (Luce)

The bar owner Vic needs some help with his bar.
Vic needs you to get him:
- At least 25kg of bamboo (buy from material exchange)
- Taxidermed pufferfish (you can get the fish from Tiki Bar -area)
- Bunch of coconuts (walk around beaches outside Tiki Bar -area. I found it on an island a bit west from Tiki Bar area. You need short blade for this. Climb tree and then cut coconuts)
- 12 bottles of booze (for example Vat 69 from Furnachia bar. Just buy 12 bottles)
