Reflection: How will Flipping your classroom empower you as a teacher? What are the benefits of a Flipped Model?

Flipping the learning in my classroom will empower me as a teacher to more consistently guide inquiry and mastery rather than spending precious time with students going over basics they can easily learn on their own. There will be more work for me as the teacher but the benefits will come in increased understanding, connection to concepts, and collaboration in the classroom for all students. Another benefit will be differentiation of content instruction and extension activities.
