Freedom of speech

I do not need to be accepted by homophobes, religious fanatics or others who strive for a better world. You can keep your ideas, I had no vote in your [sex-life/marriage/church/dress-code/whatever], nor did I want to (although, most heterosexual guys could dress better!). Just back off and take care of your own mess.

Anyone who has a problem with freedom of speech or is not comfortable with (paintings of) the human body, should immediately search for help. Confront you fears and don't let them rule you. Nor let others (like your children) become the subject of your personal fears and prejudices. You might not realize it, but fear is a horrible condition, especially for those who live in fear all their lives! If you have a problem with people that do not agree with you, you live in fear and should take action right now, search help!

Be consequent: If you are a nature activist; don't fly or drive, turn of your gas, stop buying plastics, go to bed in sync with the chickens and start cleaning-up your own mess. If you start moaning you can't because 'it's no use to act alone', 'you won't be able to get to work' or 'others won't do the right thing anyway', nothing will ever happen.

If only half of the moaners/activists started taking the consequence for their own actions and surroundings, we will finally get somewhere.

Same for homosexuals: Don't oblige the hate-mongers by getting into a discussion on 'nurture or nature', 'nature or sin', 'a phase men go through' or that kind of shit. It's not about facts, it's about intolerance and hate. Even if it's not natural or a sin in their eyes, they could still respect you if they want to (or at least leave you be), you're not just gay you're human above all. If you are gay deal with it like they have to deal with it. If it took you a while to accept yourself for who you are, don't expect others to be 'understanding' in half a day. Don't back down, don't fight back. Don't hide. Speak up, don't shout. Whatever some moralist tells you or how threatened you feel: Just be yourself and live your life, it's worth it.

In this case I bet that if only half of the 'out' crowd would speak up or wear what they liked and half the 'closet' company would come-out, homosexuals would be noticeable enough, and could no longer be ignored as a minority. (if one out of twenty(1) people is a homosexual like me, there are more of us then there are protestants or Arabs on this planet.) Because we are not a minority! We are just as colorful and diverse as the rest and thus hardly visible as a group.

1) research suggest this would rather be 1:12 till 1:15

NAAR DE KEUKEN

ik loop naar de keuken

daar sta ik paf

wat moest ik hier ook al weer doen?

de keuken is druk

een pot mostert

olijfolie

een nattig dweiltje

rode kool

maggie

het messenblok

dus terug naar mijn stoel in de kamer

pas dan weet je weer

dat je in de keuken een mes moest halen

voor een rijpe peer

tijdens die wandeling van niks

zeven acht wellicht negen pasjes
