The 2026 Texas Economic Theory Camp will be held at UTRGV in Edinburg on October 23-24, 2026.
The purpose of the camp is to foster greater interaction among researchers working in (pure or applied) economic theory in Texas, and to provide a forum for faculty and Ph.D. students to present their current research. Each institution may nominate up to three speakers (faculty and/or Ph.D. students). The participating institution will determine the choice of speakers. Any paper (including work in progress) is welcome.
The camp will begin just after 1 PM on Friday, October 23, and end on Saturday, October 24 (afternoon). Attendees may discover the beautiful beach and other places on South Padre Island after the Camp.
