Hello. Thank you for your interest in learning more about me. I am a product of Miami-Dade County Public Schools having attended Parkway Elementary, Norland Middle and Norland Senior. I then continued to the University of Florida where I earned my bachelor's degree. I have been an educator since 2005, teaching at Norland Senior High, Henry D. Perry Middle, and now Norland Middle.

As a married father of three, I work to ensure my students receive the same quality education that I would want for my own children. This focus has led to Teacher of the Year recognition at each school at which I have worked thus far. I was also recognized by the Florida Department of Education as one of the highest impact teachers in the state for my work at Perry. Additionally, I serve as the chess coach and sponsor for the Pathfinders College and Career Prep Program. I look forward to working with you to ensure all of our students maximize their potential.
