1) Many attorneys send clients to me to prepare a report for the purpose of supporting an application of a "petitioner" who is attempting to obtain "papers" allowing spouse to obtain a legal status in the United States. In order to keep costs down I only charge $880 for a 7-9 page report demonstrating the emotional difficulty which the petitioner and beneficiary are experiencing as they worry about the outcome of their application. I produce this report after a one hour appointment with the petitioner and beneficiary. The report is mailed to the petitioner and to the attorney within 1-2 weeks of the appointment.

2) Another service I provide is the following: a mental health evaluation for a person who is legally in the United States and wishes to apply for citizenship but is unable to take the civics exam due to lack of literacy or due to emotional problems.  This requires a one hour appointment during whic I fill out the required papers. The cost for this service is $480.00

I speak Spanish but request that the client brings a relative or other person who can assist in translation.
