RF MEMS Health Monitoring

Low-power monitoring for RF MEMS switches and MEMS varactors: This project implements a low-power sensor interface circuit to monitor the behavior of RF MEMS devices. Monitoring RF MEMS devices using this circuit provides valuable information such as bouncing of switched and metal creep of the varactors. The circuit does not interfere with the operation of the MEMS device and consumes a minuscule amount of power and suitable to be embedded in most modern RF systems. This project is a collaboration with Adam Fruehling and Prof. Dimitrios Peroulis.
