MOFA Attestation
MOFA: Ministry of Foreign Affairs
To be officially acceptable, a document has to be attested in the following manner.
Photocopies of the Degree+Transcript à Notarized à MOFA attestation (Photocopes+Origional) à Attestation of MOFA documents by Pakistan Embassy in Korea à Submit the document in Pakistan (For other countries, it has to be first attested by the relevant embassy)
ARC is required for authentication during MOFA attestation.
Degree Attestation
Take-out the official degree certificate + transcripts both in Korean and English from your university. Then go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) office.
Get the stamp from the university on the Degree (Only if it's not there, helps in the validity of the document especially in Middle East countries). If the degree has red color Korean stamp, no more thing is needed.
In Hanyang University, Seoul campus, this Embossed Stamp is printed by the 학사팀 (신본관 3층) [Undergraduate School Team, 3rd Floor of the Administration Building].
If your degree certificate has any problem, like ink is fading etc. go to the 대학원팀 (신본관 3층) [Graduate School Team, 3rd Floor of the Administration Building].
Ask from the MOFA office (MOFA building, PAssport) if Notarization is required or not for your document. If Notarization is required, go to the Fifth Floor of the 코리안리 재보험 빌딩 [or 코리안리빌딩] (Korean RE insurance Building), Exit-2, Gwangwhamun Station, Seoul
Notarization Cost: 25000/35000 won
If no notarization is required, then simply go to the MOFA office in the same building, MOFA office: Fourth Floor, 코리RE 재보험빌, Exit-2, Gwangwhamun
MOFA attestation Cost per document: 800 won

Go to these windows, and wait for your turn. Submit your documents, ARC will be required for authentication. It will take approximately 30 minutes if you submit before 11:00 AM. Otherwise, you will get after lunch.
