Course Learning Outcomes :

1.  Apply knowledge of food technology in proposing a research study. 

2.  Produce a written proposal comprising research topic, introduction, literature review, research objectives, research question or hypothesis, research design, research methods and proposed analysis.  

3.  Present and defend the proposal to an audience orally.
