Thanks for showing interest in iPoker Tools.

Before purchasing a license, you must check the program (free). To do this, you need to enter the login and the password demo. No limitations in functionality of the program. Demo period: 31 days. If the demo version does not start, then read FAQ 2.5.

The price of one license iPoker Tools: $40 (one year). One license (login and password) has a single online activation (tied to the hardware). If you change your PC, you can reset the activation for free.

Emails and payments processing: Monday - Friday from 03:00 to 17:00 UTC, Saturday and Sunday flexible working hours. The response email can get in spam. Response may be a delay up to 2 days.

1. Purchase a new license.

After payment, you need to send an email to ipokertools@mail.ru with the subject: iPoker Tools purchase. In the body email write the amount and method of payment (if payment is via the store, then write the order number in the store). If you already have a license and need a second one, then write that you need a second license.

In the response email there will be a login and password that must be saved (sometimes the program can ask them to enter again), and the expiration date of the license.

2. The renewal of the license.

You can renew your license a few days before the end of your subscription (paid days will be added to the remaining subscription days). In the program, on the Info tab, you need to enable the option "show message if "Days to expiration" < XX" - after starting the program there will be a message if there are less than XX days before the license expires.

After payment, you need to send an email to ipokertools@mail.ru with the subject: iPoker Tools renewal. In the body email write the login (stored in the file Login.txt), the amount and method of payment (if payment is via the store, then write the order number in the store).

3. Reset activation (transfer the license to another PC).

If after launching the program the message "Detected a new computer. Send e-mail "Reset activation" appears, then you need to send an email to ipokertools@mail.ru with the subject: iPoker Tools reset activation. You need to send the email from the email address that the license was registered for when you purchased it. In the body email write the login (stored in the file Login.txt).

If you send an email from another email address, you need to write a login and password (the program does not store the password in clear text anywhere). You do not need to explain the reason for resetting the activation.

If you plan to upgrade your PC (change hardware, Windows, BIOS, drivers, etc.) or transfer the license to another PC, you can send an email in advance to reset the activation.
