Select technology to maximize learning of Common Core Standards

When integrating technology always focus on:

#1 WHAT IS THE LEARNING GOAL?

#2 What technology tool can make this lesson better?

Using the Common Core Standards Related to Technology and Digital Media document (attached on this page), choose a standard that suggests using technology and/or digital sources of information.

The focus is on selecting technology for the content area (TK and CK).

• Brainstorm technologies to support the common core standard
• Write down your suggestion(s).
• Determine what level of the SAMR model the technology addresses. It's OK to be at a lower level. You have to start somewhere.
• Share your findings
• Have fun.
