*A note about scheduling: Bands will be scheduled by Timestamp and the director’s choice of day as selected when registering. Once a day is full, all remaining bands will play on the other day.  See email from 9/29 for more information about registration and scheduling.

TIMELINE:

9/29 - Application/fee statement emailed to directors

10/10 - Applications due, registration closes. (payment can come later)

10/20- Email preliminary schedule out

11/7 - Final Email with schedule, Festival logistics, Fees due date.

12/4-5 - Festival: morning & afternoon sessions
