Registration

The registration confirmation e-mails have been sent to you on Sep 30, 2010. Please let us know if you haven't received it yet.

NOTE: Registrations close on Tuesday, Sep 28, 2010. There are no on-the-spot registrations.

Make sure you have read the race rules.

Safety

• 1. Motorized traffic will be closed for the duration of the race. However there may be unavoidable traffic on the course. So pay attention to the course and do not ride with your head down.

  2. Use of a bicycle helmet is strongly recommended.

  3. Use a cycle that is in good working order.

  4. Follow all traffic rules on the course.

  5. Take care on the sharp corners.

  6. Medical assistance is available if necessary, enquire for details at the registration desk on race day.

  7. Contact the nearest volunteer for any help.
