1. New drainage ditch across number 14 fairway is noted as ground under repair. Free drop-No Penalty.

2. Drainage ditch to the right and in front of number 16 is noted as ground under repair. Free drop-No Penalty.

3. Number 17:  Must be in the actual ditch where the water runs across to be noted as a penalty. Else it’s just in play.

4.  Number 16: Penalty Area left of cart path

5.  # 5 #13 and #16 Bunkers are Ground Under Repair.
