Thoughts on Mobile Application
"I normally do not support the idea of using technology to solve food problems. But I have to hand it to you, this really knows what the producers, drivers, and managers need and keeps it simple."

Feedback on Labeling Policy
"The labeling system seems to be working well and is likely more helpful/ impactful for hubs further down the distribution line than us. I do think it would be very helpful when dealing with a larger pool of products/producers. I did appreciate having the total number of boxes immediately available for each "destination" so that it was simple for staff to quickly check in each order."

Food Hub Manager Thoughts on Proposed Inventory Pooling
"It could be really helpful for some of our farmers to have another outlet for their products. I know that we have a 150-mile "local definition", so it might be tricky to find farmers from other hub networks that fall inside this radius. However, we are always looking for new opportunities and partnerships! I think it would be beneficial for all of the hubs involved to share available inventory information, even if this was only on an educational level."
- Participating Food Hub Manager
"We could send a weekly inventory availability. I have a lot of product I'm sure folks would be interested in."
