Intensifiers

They are determiners used to emphasize either an adjective or a noun. They are always placed before the adjective or noun and they are not compatible with other determiners.

• TOO: It is used with adjectives.

- My bike is too old.

• TOO MANY : It is used with countable nouns.

- These are too many mistakes.

• TOO MUCH : It is used with uncountable nouns.

- That is too much sugar in my coffee.
