運営スタッフは、毎年入れ替わり、担当ごとに分かれて活動しています。
以下が主な担当と役割です。
【代表】：全体統括、外部との交渉、意思決定
【広報部】：勉強会・イベントの告知、レポートの収集と掲載
【会計部】：活動資金の管理、会計報告、勉強会の受付
【企画部】：勉強会の企画、講師の選定と交渉、勉強会の準備
【国際キャリアガイダンス】：国際機関就職ガイダンスの企画と準備
※毎年、新学期が始まる時期に新スタッフの応募を行っています
