- Research Interest: Jong Yoon is interested in protein-protein interaction and assembly dynamics of intrinsically disordered proteins, which is related with diverse degenerative diseases. He is currently studying factors promoting protein aggregation and the correlation between aggregation kinetics of proteins and their structures. His techniques include ion-mobility mass spectrometry, small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), and several spectroscopic techniques.

She mainly employs ion mobility mass spectrometry and isothermal titration calorimetry to understand binding interaction in both the gas and the solution phase.

- Research Interest: Chae Eun is interested in protein-protein interaction of amyloidogenic proteins associated with the neurodegenerative diseases. She is currently studying protein self-assembly mechanism at the molecular level and the effects of the biological molecules in the process of amyloid fibrillation. She mainly uses ion mobility mass spectrometry(IM-MS) and small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) to analyze structural information of protein.
