This proposal was a draft to even out the number of clubs per division...

Notes:

• 1. Not all of the clubs below are in good standing

  2. This includes several prospective clubs

  3. The goal was to have 28 clubs per division.

  4. Then I heard that LA Works Masters (H) was folding, and B had two new prospective clubs (exact address unknown)

  5. This is not the only was to make an even club alignment. Note here that Division H extends into Orange county, and Division A no longer has a coastline.

  6. There will be changes to the numbers of clubs before July 1.

  7. Any proposal should be presented to the District Council for approval in advance of taking effect.
