Note: I have three conditions for rounding a final semester grade: you’re within .5%, you have shown an upward trajectory in grades as the semester progressed, and most importantly, you or your parents don’t ask. If one of those isn’t there, it doesn’t happen!

Preamble:

We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

• How does We the People help us understand the framers conception of consent of the governed and popular sovereignty?
• How did the framers understand justice? 
• What was the role of government ordained and established by the Framers in the Constitution?
