Availability & Price Policy
This page helps you to verify availability and explains our pricing structure.
Our calendar is maintained centrally by Home yet Away only after confirmation of your booking request. Booked nights are highlighted, in blue, with the relevant property code and status.
Your booking request can only be confirmed with the status BOOKED after receipt by Home Yet Away of the required deposit and signed contract.

Check if your dates and property code are free. Unavailable nights are highlighted in blue with the appropriate property code.
Contact Home yet Away to book and/or ask questions.
After Home yet Away receives your deposit or full payment, we centrally create BOOKED calendar dates.

How do I know if my dates are red or blue time?
BLUE TIME: - 1 January to 5 July
- 8 September to 31 December
- Berlin, Germany only for contracts of 2 months or more and for business reasons.
RED TIME: - 6 July to 7 September
- Berlin laws now do not allow rentals of less than two months.
- Morocco red time may be affected by Ramadan dates.
You may not wish to travel at that time.
