Having previously founded and directed the St. Ives Girls' choir, I am persuaded annually to return to choral direction for the Cambridge Holiday Orchestra 10+ ,9+ and SATB choirs (usually the summer course), which I enjoy immensely. During the rest of the year I am often to be found at St. John’s College School, where I enjoy teaching the piano. I also have pupils at home.
With regards to other music-making, my full teaching schedule greatly limits the time available for chamber music, which I do enjoy; but duetting with Maurice (on one piano, two pianos, horn and bassoon, two bassoons) is probably my favourite musical pastime at any time of the year.
