C-rapun yläkerrassa on asukkaiden varattavissa oleva tila. Tilassa on jääkaappi, keittolevy sekä vessa. Tilasta löytyy myös tuoleja, pöytiä sekä sohva. Tilan vieressä on asukkaiden yleisessä käytössä oleva kattoterassi.
Tilan voi varata aikaisintaan kuukauden etukäteen. Yli kuukauden menevät varaukset hylätään automaattisesti. Jotta varausjärjestelmä pysyisi oikeudenmukaisena, jokaisella varaajalla voi kerrallaan olla vain yksi viikonloppuillan varaus.
Varausikkuna:
Tilan varaaminen alkaa samana päivänä (numero), edellisenä kuukautena, klo 00:00. Esim. 6. heinäkuuta varaaminen alkaa siis 6. kesäkuuta, klo 00:00. Varaaminen kuun 31. päivälle alkaa saman kuun 1. päivä, klo 00:00.
Tilan varaaminen:
1. Tarkista sivun alalaidan kalenterista että tila on vapaa haluamanasi ajankohtana.
2. Täytä sivun alalaidan varauslomake. Kun varaus on hyväksytty se ilmestyy kalenteriin. Varaus hyväksytään yleensä muutaman päivän kuluessa. Varauksen hyväksymisestä tai hylkäämisestä ei ilmoiteta erikseen. Jos kalenteriin ilmestyy jonkun muun nimi, on tämä henkilö laittanut varauksensa ennen sinua (varausikkunan sisällä).
3. Avain luovutetaan ainoastaan varauspäivää edeltävänä torstaina Jätkäbaarissa klo 19.50-20.00. Muina aikoina avaimen luovuttaminen ei ole mahdollista. Varaus peruuntuu automaattisesti jos et hae avainta ilmoitettuna aikana.
4. Avaimen luovuttamisen yhteydessä tarkistetaan varaajan henkilöllisyys. Tarkempi palautusajankohta sovitaan avainta luovutettaessa.
5. Kirjoita varauslomakkeen vahvistuskohtaan "Y".
Huomioithan että tilaa käyttäessä tulee noudattaa yleisiä sääntöjä hiljaisuuden osalta. Hiljaisuus on arkisin klo 22-08 ja viikonloppuisin 23-09. Tilaa ei voi vuokrata majoittamista varten. Tilan luovutuksen yhteydessä käyttäjä hyväksyy tilan käyttöehdot ja on velvollinen korvaamaan kaikki tilalle aiheuttamansa vauriot tai kulut avaimen häviämisestä. Varaussopimukseen voi tutustua ennalta täällä.
Tilan varausaika alkaa kello 15 varauspäivänä ja päättyy kello 15 seuraavana päivänä. Varaajalla ei ole oikeutta käydä tilassa varausaikansa ulkopuolella, mikäli näin ei erikseen sovita.
Muistathan myös peruuttaa varauksen sähköpostitse viimeistään 3 päivää ennen varausta, mikäli et varaustasi pysty käyttämään. Peruuttamaton varaus muodostaa 1 kuukauden pituisen karanteenin tilankäytölle.

Varaa tila / Reserve the space
Residents can reserve the shared space on the 8th floor of the C-building. The space is equipped with a refrigerator, a hotplate and a restroom. There are chairs, tables and a sofa in the space. There is also a roof terrace next to the space which is in public use by the residents.
You may reserve the space up to one month in advance. Reservations beyond that time will be automatically declined. To keep booking fair, each reserver can only have one upcoming weekend-night reservation at a time.
Reservation window:
Reserving the space starts on the same day of the previous month (numerically), at 00:00. So for example, the reservation for the 6th of July starts on the 6th of June, at 00:00. Reservations for the 31st of a month start on the 1st of that month, at 00:00.
To reserve the space:
1.Check the calendar below that the date you would like to reserve is available.
2. Fill the form below. Once the reservation has been accepted it will be visible on the calendar. This typically takes a couple of days. You will not be separately notified of accepted or denied reservations. If someone else's name appears on the calendar, it means that this person submitted their reservation before you (within the reservation window).
3. Key for the space will be given only on the Thursday prior to your reservation day, at Jätkäbaari between 19.50-20.00. Other times are not possible. Your reservation is cancelled automatically if you do not pick the key up at the given time slot.
4. You will need to prove your identity to get the key. The return time will be agreed upon when you collect the key.
5. Write "Y" to the confirmation box of the reservation form.
Please note that you must follow rules and regulations while using the space - especially with regards to noise. Silence is during weekdays 22-08 and weekends 23-09. The space may not be used for sleeping or accommodation. When you sign the reservation contract you agree to follow the terms of use and are liable for any damage caused to the Upstairs space or for misplacement of the key. The reservation starts at 15:00 on the day of the reservation and ends at 15:00 on the following day. You may not enter the space outside your reservation time, unless otherwise specified.
Remember to cancel your reservation in 3 days in advance via email if you cannot use your reservation. Uncancelled reservation causes a one month long quarantine to the reservation privileges.
