A good quality instrument will provide excellent performance and intonation for your child. Poor quality made instruments create multitude of problems including frequent, and often expensive, trips to the repair shop, poor tone quality and intonation as well as poor response.

Be aware that classified ad sales, pawn shops, and supercenters may offer savings in instrument costs, however when purchased do mostly cause repair expenses that could have been put into a better quality instrument. Even the best professional musicians will struggle with an instrument that is in a poor condition….what chance will a beginner have?
