Social Hall Rental

PREPARING AND SERVING MEALS AND OUTSIDE KITCHEN USE

Member - A bill will be provided for the actual cost of the food required to serve the number of requested meals along with the cost of paper supplies utilized.  Donations for preparation and serving are appreciated. 

Non Member / Inactive Member -  A bill will be provided for the actual cost of the food required to serve the number of requested meals along with the cost of paper supplies utilized plus $3.00 per person, with a minimum of $100.00.

MEALS FOR BIRTHDAYS, ANNIVERSARIES, WEDDINGS, ETC PREPARED AND SERVED BY HIMMEL'S WOMEN OF THE ELCA

Member - A bill will be provided for the actual cost of the food required to serve the number of requested meals along with the cost of paper supplies utilized plus $2.00 per person, with a minimum of $50.00.

Non Member / Inactive Member -  A bill will be provided for the actual cost of the food required to serve the number of requested meals along with the cost of paper supplies utilized plus $4.00 per person, with a minimum of $150.00.

KITCHEN USE WITHOUT MEAL PREPARED AND SERVED BY THE WOMEN OF THE ELCA
