Ashley began her training and danced competitively at a studio in her hometown of Bellbrook, OH. She was a 4-year member of University of Kentucky Varsity Dance Team and graduated as captain. Ashley was also a part of the team USA team in 2017. She is a former UDA instructor and has taught studio for 10 years. Upon college graduation, she moved to Chicago and dance professionally for the Chicago Bulls and cheered for the Cincinnati Ben-gals where she performed at Superbowl LVI. Ashley is a current choreographer for the Cincinnati Ben-gals/ Ashley formerly coached at Seton High School in Cincinnati, Ohio and has 2 national championships titles under her assistant coaching in 2020 and 2021 (2021 small pom and 2020 medium hip hop) at the UDA National Dance Team Championships. Ashley's husband is a proud alumni of Highlands High School. “I am so honored and humbled to have the opportunity to lead the Highlands High School Dance Team. I can’t wait to work with these incredibly talented athletes and hope to continue to build a strong legacy for the dance organization. I am so excited to be welcomed to Highlands! Go Birds!”
Molly is a graduate of Highland High School and the University of Cincinnait. Molly is currently in NKU law school and has been teaching dance for many years!
Lauren is a graduate of Highlands High School and a graduate of NKU. Lauren was on the UK dance team and has been teaching dance for many years! Lauren is currently a seller for Fischer Homes!
Kenedie is a graduate of St. Ursula Acedemy in Toldedo, OH. She was part of the first national championship team on SUA Dance team. Kenedie is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and was on the dance team through out her time at UC. Kenedie has been a dance teacher for many years. Kenedie is currently a social media manager.

Megan grew up in Fort Thomas. She started taking ballet, tap, and jazz classes at a local studio at age 3 and continued for 13 years. Megan has also taught ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop classes in a studio for 4 years.
Prior to graduating from Highlands High School, she was a member of the inaugural HMS Dance Team, inaugural HHS JV Dance Team, and HHS Varsity Dance Team for 4 years. After graduation Megan continued her dance career as a member of the Northern Kentucky University Dance Team, where she was honored to serve as Captain her senior year. After graduating college, she continued her dance career professionally for the Cincinnati Ben-Gals and danced in the 2022 Super Bowl.
As a 7 year veteran of the Highlands Dance Program, having the opportunity to coach at her Alma Mater is a dream come true! She is excited to share her enthusiasm and is thankful for the opportunity to coach in “the nest!”
Erin was the coach of the Highlands High School Dance Team since it's beginning in 2006 through the 2015/16 season. Erin is a graduate of Highlands High School, who began her dance career at age 3 at Pearman Studio in Ft. Thomas. After high school, Erin went on to dance collegiately for the Western Kentucky University Varsity Dance Team and helped her team to win an NDA national championship title in 2005. After graduating from WKU, Erin was fortunate enough to become a member of the Cincinnati Ben-Gal Cheerleaders.
Among her many experiences, coaching the Highlands High School Dance Team is Erin's proudest and most fulfilling accomplishment. Giving girls the opportunity to be involved with their school and to do something that they love is something that she is very passionate about. Erin looks forward to the future growth and success of the Highlands dance program!

Erinn is originally from Lexington, Ky where she grew up dancing for a local studio, as well as her middle and high school dance teams. She moved to NKY in 2009 where she attended school, and danced, for Northern Kentucky University! After 4 seasons dancing for NKU, she knew she wanted to continue her love of dance through coaching! In 2014 she began coaching the Junior Varsity Highlands Dance Team. She spent three years with JV before moving on to coach the Varsity team her last 5 seasons with the program! She took a step back this past year to spend more time with family but is so excited to be a part of the Highlands Dance program once again!
