1/24/2018 - 1 hour flight to 12,800 ft. Waited an hour for light wind to switch from south to west. Took a few tries to launch due to variable light wind
and deep launch snow. KS, KB, JC, MK, 295 flights since 2013, 623 total, 39th mentor 4 flight.
1/14/2018 - 1.5 hour 1pm gold hill, to 13,500 ft. Very light west wind and lift. Removed glove to fix a twisted brake line after launch.
Nice circles over alpino vino. Nice landing. KS, KB, JC, DO, MK 294 flights since 2013, 622 total, 38th mentor 4 flight.
10/26/2017 - 1.5 hours 3pm gold hill, to 14.500 ft. Thermals a bit bumpy but nice fly.kb,jc,mr,jkw with tandem & visiting pilot. 293 flights since 2013,

10/16/2017 - 2 hour pm gold hill flight, engaging to get away from the hill, to about 13800 ft, zak,jc,jkw,dm,mr,ks,paul,do, kb flew. 291 flights since

9/25/2017 - milk run am. Hiked to store gear and saw a few drive up and fly. 2nd recent hike up, no fly, just exercise and viewing weather.

9/3/2017 - milk run and gold hill am, some thermal seeking with mk. 282 flights since 2013, 611 total, 26th mentor 4 flight.
8/27/2017: 10am east gold hill, 35 minutes down to pearl, a few turns, reserve riser not correctly attached to the carabiner so went down to land.
Jc went somewhere, do, dm quick flights, bumpy, strong which I felt, 2 wingtip closures when thermaling. Mild lift mitigated by forward
facing mild wingovers to get down. 280 flights since 2013, 609 total, 24th mentor 4 flight.
8/20/2017 : 9:20 am east gold hill 50 min+ flight, nice launch, a riser twisted. See forever thermals, strong, easy pearl landing before wind
went north, jc, do, dm also flew.
7/18/2017: 7:30 am milk run to pearl, to Gold Hill with DO, MR, Rob driving, east launch, bumpy & speedbar unhooked so pretty
much sled ride down, spirals to not go up, 278 flights since 2013, 607 total flights 22nd mentor 4 flights

12/30, 2016, humbling gold hill no launch. had problems sorting out lines 2x and 2x at lauch pulled off ground and bailed. Skied down.
12/29, 2016, gold hill noon launch, 5-10 west wind. First Mentor 4 light flight, which was very nice. Great brake feel, very good climbing
in light conditions, good glide on trim, nice spirals, flew for an hour in blue skies. 256 flights since 2013, 585 total flights.

2/20/2017 noon gold hill launch, light west, easy launch, was thermic but spooked by broken high clouds so did not linger, probably 3/4 hour flight,
flights since 2013, 589 total flights, four mentor 4 light l flights
2/10ish/2017 neal helped with launch, a cravatte removed with the stabilo, but stayed low, buncha spirals over chair 9 and below but no elevation
gain, easy landing. 259 flights since 2013, 588 total flights, 3 mentor 4 light flights.
2/5ish/2017 strange flight, jeff helped launch, all good, but think had rotor sink above alpino vino, requiring pushing on a risers to get out of
vertical/some backwards flying.
1/30/2017, gold hill 1pm launch after 45 min set up. low wind, ok, but still need practice controlling new wing mentor 4 at launch. Sky fly
great, short, 50 min.
good landing. much higher above see forever ridge with little effort, relative to ion 3 and bright 4 wings.
