Policy

Please print and sign this document and turn it in at your first lesson.

1. Registration Fee: A one-time payment of $20 in advance is required and is non-refundable. This reserves student’s place in class and covers administrative costs. Additional siblings pay $10 each.

2. Tuition Fee: Tuition is due by the 1^st class of every month (Check and Cash only). There is a $25 charge on all returned checks.

3. Late Payment: A charge of $10 will be assessed for payment not received by the 10^th of each month.

4. Discontinuation Policy: A one month notice of discontinuation of lessons is required for any remaining tuition refund. (There are many reasons why students may stop lessons. The management would LOVE to understand your particular reason and have the opportunity to work with you and your student before you make your final decision. I never give up on my students until they give up on themselves.)

5. Material Fee: In September, there will be a general fee of $20 per student. This fee covers annual studio recital, workshop and supplementary materials. Piano books and theory books are charged separately .

6. Cancellation of Lesson: If you wish to cancel (not re-schedule a weekly lesson), a one-week advance notice is required. This notice must be written in students' homework book to teacher. If such notice is given, the prepaid lesson can roll forward to the next month tuition.

7. Cancellation for Make-up Lessons:

• • For students with lesson on weekdays (Mon. - Fri.), notice to studio must be given before noon on the day of lesson.

  • If you fail to give notice to studio before the time stated above, no make-up, credit or refund will be given.

  • If you arrange for make-up and do not show up, you will not be allowed to reschedule another makeup for this date.

• Your regular lesson time cannot be changed to a make up lesson.

8. No Show: If you do not show up without any notice there will be no make-up & no credit.
