Grounds Maintenance

Just a friendly reminder that Homeowners are responsible for removing grass clippings, branches, and fallen trees from their properties. Our Grounds Maintenance Contractor has informed us that his crew has encountered piles of such items on the HB HOA Common Property. Under the terms of his contract he will not remove such items without charging us an additional fee (this is something we hope to avoid!). Thanks in advance for doing your part to properly maintain your properties and make Heron Bend a more enjoyable place to live.
